Flamingos watercolor painting

  

Ink Flamingos, a watercolor painting. Size: 24 x 18 inches, with mat and frame 27 x 23 inches. Done on heavy weight watercolor paper.

Frame is pink metal, mat is white. Mom and I did a lot of traveling with the SCA. When things were slow at the site, we would go into the nearest town to sight see.

We went to the Abilene Zoo and mom was delighted with the huge flock of flamingos. After we got home, I just had to do her a painting of those bright pink ungainly birds. Please note, all monitors are not created equal. The colors shown may be slightly different on different monitors.
